After earning my Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and spending 13 years as a registered nurse, I thought I understood health.

Then I was diagnosed with cancer. 

That experience changed everything.

It pushed me to look beyond symptoms and start asking bigger questions about what was really causing health problems in the first place. The more I learned, the more I realized there was another side of health that wasn't being talked about.

What started as a search for answers for myself eventually became a passion for helping other women find answers too. That search became my second education, and it changed the way I see everything.

Over the years, I saw so many women struggling with stubborn weight gain, low energy, hormone imbalances, and symptoms that didn't make sense. They were doing all the "right" things, yet the weight wouldn't budge and they still didn't feel like themselves.

Many were told everything looked normal, but they knew something was off. I knew there had to be more to the story.

Today, I combine my experience as a registered nurse with a functional nutrition approach to help women uncover what's really keeping them stuck.

I see the conventional side because I've been there, and I see the functional side because I'm living it.

My goal is simple: help women stop guessing, start getting answers, and finally understand what their bodies have been trying to tell them all along.

Because somewhere between "everything looks normal" and how you actually feel, there is an answer.

And helping you find it is exactly why I'm here.

WHY MY APPROACH IS DIFFERENT

I've spent over a decade in acute care watching what happens when women's symptoms are minimized, misdiagnosed, or met with a prescription and a pat on the back.

I've also sat on the other side of that exam table.

That combination of clinical training, functional nutrition certification, and personal experience with my own health crisis is what makes my approach different. I don't just understand your labs. I understand what it feels like to be told you're fine when you know you're not.

What I believe
